Sycamore Square Group were appointed on a Design and Build basis to provide the Architectural, Lead Consultant, Principal Contractor, CDM and BSA Principal Designer services for a refurbishment and remodelling scheme of a large teaching space for Luminate Education Group at the Park Lane Campus. The project involved refurbishment and refresh of decorations, new carpeting, electrical alterations, remodelling to create new ancillary facilities and teaching spaces, as well as new CCTV and security features. We provide a collaborative approach to works delivery and scope changes to minimise client disruption and maintain progress against programme. Sycamore Square Group’s consultant background enables us to provide a solution focused approach, including design guidance, as well as professionalservices a traditional Principal Contractor may not typically provide. We anticipate expectations around segregation, safety and logistics in advance of the works, leading to more responsive and less disruptive delivery. The project was completed to a high-quality standard on time and exceeded the clients’expectations.
