FRICS, MAPM, AaPS – Debbie has over 15 years experience working and directing SME and Global Construction Professional consultancies. Specialising in Building Surveying, Party Wall, Project Management, Risk Management and Health and Safety services Debbie has been national account manager for a wealth of blue chip and SME business across Commercial, Education, Health, Education, Residential and Industrial Sectors. For the last seven years she has been an active member of the RICS Yorkshire and Humber Board and Prop Tech Group, ensuring she is at the forefront of industry developments. She utilises her breadth of experience to ensure high calibre, holistic and pragmatic solutions are tailored for every client and service.

Mark Whitley
Mark has been working in the construction industry for over 15 years with experience both within contracting and consultancy. During this time and across the roles Mark has successfully delivered and advised upon a wide variety of projects and properties in several roles including pre acquisition, building and specific defects, design and specification, contract & project management and contract administration services as well as providing professional services such as party wall and dilapidations. The range of services have been delivered for Clients with national property and development portfolios as well as regional residential, commercial and education Clients.

Ed Kirke
Ed has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years Ed has worked across multiple sectors with experience in existing. heritage/Listed buildings and new build property including mix use developments, office, call centre design, university, master planning, retirement living, nursery and private residential projects. Developing specialist knowledge and design acumen within conservation, retail including fit out/layout design and project management. Skilled at working with multi- disciplinary teams, Ed has successfully delivered multiple projects as Architect, Lead Consultant, Project Manager working Consultant and Client side for project values ranging from 50k - 10m.

Will Roberts
MAPM, AaPS – Will has a breadth of construction and professional services experience spanning over 15 years experience. Will has worked for Global professional service providers on major capital, estates and infrastructure projects across the UK. During this time he has delivered a wealth of project management, contractor and surveying services and managed individual projects and estate portfolios ranging from 10k – 50m. Wills experience across residential, commercial, infrastructure, manufacturing and education estates has given him an exceptional breadth of knowledge on building fabric, site risks, construction, stakeholder management which provides his industry expertise which he utilises on each and every commission.

Chris Beddis
Chris is a project manager and lead designer with over 15 years experience in consultancy. He has acted as contract administrator and employer’s agent on a variety of projects in the education, healthcare, civic and private sectors, delivering projects from feasibility to occupation. Chris has acted as tenant representative on combined CAT A/B projects in the legal sector. He provides lead architectural design and specification services, and is experienced in co-ordinating multi-disciplinary design teams. He has extensive experience in fire compartmentation and compliance, clerk of works and NEC Supervisor roles on house building, education and manufacturing across the UK.
