Debbie Lewis

FRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, AaPS Bsc (Hons) – Debbie has over 20 years experience working and directing SME and Global Construction Professional consultancies. Specialising in Building Surveying, Party Wall, Project Management, Risk Management and Health and Safety and Principal Contractor services Debbie has been national account manager for a wealth of blue chip and SME business across Commercial, Education, Health, Education, Residential and Industrial Sectors. For the last seven years she has been an active member of the RICS Yorkshire and Humber Board and Prop Tech Group, ensuring she is at the forefront of industry developments. She utilises her breadth of experience to ensure high calibre, holistic and pragmatic solutions are tailored for every client and service porviding creative and considerde solutions taoilored to our clients specific aspirations and objectives.

Will Roberts

MAPM, MCIOB, AaPS, Bsc (Hons) – Will has over 15 years experience working and directing SME and Global Construction Professional consultancies. Specialising in Building Surveying, Party Wall, Project Management, Risk Management and Health and Safety and Principal Contractor services Will has developed a wealth of expertise in Industrial, Infrastructure, Aerospace, Commercial, Education, Health, Education, Residential Sectors. Will is a Chartered Builder, Chartered Construction Manager and RICS Certified BIM Manager as well as experience in Building Surveying, Design and Project Management on JCT, NEC and bespoke forms of contract. Will is passionate bout providing pragmatic quality solutions, minimising risk and cost whilst maximising scope and opportunity to bring true value to our clients. Will works seamlessly with all members of the design team creating a proactive solution focused team with a common goal, to excel in the performance and function of the designed solutions.

Mark Whitley

MRICS, NEC Reg, NEBOSH (Bsc Hons) - Mark has over 10 years experience working for Principal Contractors and Professional Consultancy practices, providing a rounded wealth of experience from all facets of the design and construction process. AS a Chartered Surveyor, NEC4 Certified Project Manager and NEBOSH health and safety certified Mark has a multidisciplinary skill set that he draws on to provide the highest quality advisory services. He prides himself on not just having, but knowing the full intellect of all aspects of a project to ensure all parties of the design team are aligned, clash and risk identified managed and mitigated to maximise coordination and quality of on site delivery. Mark has worked extensively in the residential, education, commercial and retail sectors and works diligently on all aspects of his appointment to provide our clients the highest quality service.

Associate

Chris Beddis

Chris is a project manager and lead designer with over 15 years experience in consultancy. He has acted as contract administrator and employer’s agent on a variety of projects in the education, healthcare, civic and private sectors, delivering projects from feasibility to occupation. Chris has acted as tenant representative on combined CAT A/B projects in the legal sector. He provides lead architectural design and specification services, and is experienced in co-ordinating multi-disciplinary design teams. He has extensive experience in fire compartmentation and compliance, clerk of works and NEC Supervisor roles on house building, education and manufacturing across the UK.

Architect

Ed Kirke

RIBA, (Bsc Hons) – Ed has over 20 years of Architectural experience working on a variety of commercial, leisure, residential, health and education developments. Ed is enthusiastic about all components of the built environment and will carefully consider all constraints and opportunities to maximise the performance and function of design whilst meeting any budget, quality, performance and sustainability aspirations as well as working closely with planning consultants and authorities to maximise planning engagement on a commission. Ed is a creative solution focused designer, and works seamlessly with design teams to ensure all aspects of design and details are fully coordinated with other service components. Working in REVIT, dwg or 3D software Ed can ensure full visualisations of the designs are produced to photo quality standards.
