We were appointed on RAF Croughton to work with the American Principal Contractor Sub-contractors to ensure compliance with the Construction Design Management Regulations 2015 and ensure all duty holders were complying with their required duties. The scheme was split into three phases; phase 1 was for the site preparation, which included for the civil and infrastructure works, and we were appointed as the Principal Designers and Principal Contractor CDM Compliance to ensure coordination of communication and information exchange was maintained. In addition to this, we also provided contract administration and cost consultancy services and ensured that the correct sub-contract back-to-back agreements were in place. We also managed the monthly valuation and payment procedures on behalf of the client. All phases were delivered on time, within budget and to programme.
