Sycamore Square Group were appointed to provide the lead consultant role, inclusive of design, contract administration, and principal designer services for the development of redundant land for a site of seven new 3- 4 bedroom dwellings.
We managed and coordinated site utility surveys, topography services, ground contamination and UXO surveys and worked closely with the local planning advisor to develop a robust planning application.
Our considered and delicate approach to the redevelopment of the site will mean that the transient space that collected antisocial behaviour can be redeveloped to provide vital housing to the local community.
