History:
Sycamore Square Group was founded by Debbie Lewis FRICS, MAPM, AaPS and Will Roberts MAPM, AaPS, forged from our shared passion for providing high calibre advice, efficient robust and seamless services to deliver true cost savings, high quality services and reducing risk for our clients.

All of our services our delivered by our extensively qualified and experienced company Directors who between them hold over 30 years of construction industry knowledge and practice. Having worked both client side and for global professional consultancy firms we have worked extensively across commercial, education, residential, health and industrial sectors. We pride ourselves on the breadth and quality of qualifications, experience and accreditations and believe that holding these extensive skill sets enables us to provide our clients with services that recognise and consider all factors, risks and processes that may impact a commission. Our unique blend of professional and contractor services brings an extensive wealth of knowledge from all aspects of construction and estate management. Not only does this bridge the disconnect between professional advisory services and contractors but it facilitates rapid and effective management and development decisions providing overall operational efficiencies.

Accreditations:
Sycamore Square Group are regulated by the RICS and accredited by CHAS in line with SSIP Core Criteria and UK H&S Legislation and has been awarded accreditation to the requirements of the CDM Regulations 2015. Additionally has demonstrated full compliance with 4 modules of PAS 91. In addition our staff hold a combination of RICS Fellow membership, Association of Project Management membership and Association of Project Safety membership. All our staff are certified temporary works co-ordinators, first aiders and fire marshals.

We believe in sharing our knowledge and expertise with up and coming professionals across a diverse mix of backgrounds through mentoring and training opportunities. Working closely with a number of organisations within our community we actively seek opportunties to provide experience and provide practical training to support the breadth and growth of our industry professionals.
