History:
Sycamore Square Group was founded by Debbie Lewis FRICS, MAPM, AaPS and Will Roberts MAPM, AaPS, forged from our shared passion for providing high calibre advice, efficient robust and seamless services to deliver true cost savings, high quality services and reducing risk for our clients.

All of our services our delivered by our extensively qualified and experienced company Directors who between them hold over 30 years of construction industry knowledge and practice. Having worked both client side and for global professional consultancy firms we have worked extensively across commercial, education, residential, health and industrial sectors. We pride ourselves on the breadth and quality of qualifications, experience and accreditations and believe that holding these extensive skill sets enables us to provide our clients with services that recognise and consider all factors, risks and processes that may impact a commission. Our unique blend of professional and contractor services brings an extensive wealth of knowledge from all aspects of construction and estate management. Not only does this bridge the disconnect between professional advisory services and contractors but it facilitates rapid and effective management and development decisions providing overall operational efficiencies.

Accreditations:
Sycamore Square Group are regulated by the RICS and accredited by CHAS in line with SSIP Core Criteria and UK H&S Legislation and has been awarded accreditation to the requirements of the CDM Regulations 2015. Additionally has demonstrated full compliance with 4 modules of PAS 91. In addition our staff hold a combination of RICS Fellow membership, Association of Project Management membership and Association of Project Safety membership. All our staff are certified temporary works co-ordinators, first aiders and fire marshals.

We are passionate about enhancing the Social and Environmental impact of our industry and are committed to support community and educational projects related to the sites and environments in which we operate.

We believe in sharing our knowledge and expertise with up and coming professionals across a diverse mix of backgrounds through mentoring and training opportunities. Working closely with a number of organisations within our community we actively seek opportunties to provide experience and provide practical training to support the breadth and growth of our industry professionals.
Environment:
We believe in being proactive about the impact our business activities have on the environment and seek source local contractors and materials wherever practical to do so.
In addition we consider the environmental impact of designs and specifications. We have worked on a number of projects to WELL and BREEAM standards and utilise this experience to advise our clients of solutions and environmental optimisation of their commissions.
Supply Chain Management:
We vigorously appraise all of our supply chain to ensure the company and individuals have the knowledge, experience and competency to undertake the service in which they are appointed and that they are aligned to our core values and ethical and environmental standards. In addition we undertake finical checks and health and safety competency checks to ensure the commercial viability of the appointment to ensure that our commitments and quality standards are maintained.
Innovation:
We strive to be at the forefront of industry developments and practices through are active involvement within the sectors in which we work. We understand the importance of intelligence and robotic enhancements and have worked extensively with drone mapping, drone surveys, matterport 3D modelling, virtual reality modelling, and technology led data capture and management systems. We are members of the RICS Yorkshire and Humber prop-tech group and actively seek and explore new innovations of both materials, modern methods of construction, products and technology to ensure we offer our clients the most up to date, practical and dynamic solutions and systems.
