Sycamore Square Group were appointed to provide project management, contract administration, cost consultancy and health and safety services for the design and installation of 3 new Starbuck facilities. Working in close collaboration with the principal contractor and Starbucks stakeholders the works commenced on site on programme and to the required design standards. The works were undertaken in accordance with three bespoke programmes significantly developed to identify each subcontractors work package and maintained to live progress on site. Ensuring governance and sign off processes with Landlords, client stakeholders and tenants was carefully managed by our friendly reactive project managers that fostered a can do team approach to the delivery of the project.
