Sycamore Square Group were appointed to rebrand an existing coffee takeaway store within a University Campus and to refurbish the area to Costa design standards and specifications. The works were required to be undertaken on a fast track programme with minimum down time for retail revenue losses and to reduce disruption to the busy student campus. We produced the outline design and 3D visualisations, undertook the architectural design and cost plans and procured the works. The works were closely monitored during the construction phase by are multi disciplined building surveyor for Health and Safety Compliance, Building Regulation compliance and Quality assurance. The works were completed on site on time and to the highest quality of fit out standards. The coffee shop commenced trading on schedule and the new facilities are heavily utilised by the students and staff across the campus.
