Project overview

Sycamore Square Group were appointed to undertake a site wide NRAC accessibility audit for the campus which included over 23 buildings including labs, workshops, office, nurseries, lecture theatres, bar’s,restaurants, social spaces, gym’s, libraries and teaching spaces and external car parks and access routes. Sycamore Square Group extracted the data from the audit and complied a Power BI report allowing the client to interactively manage the data, group packages of works and filter priorities on a building by building, element by element and cost by cost basis. We worked with the client to priorities the first three years of remedial works and have undertaken topographical surveys, architectural designs, 3D visulaisations, Cost Consultancy and BSA and CDM Principal Designer services. We have project managed the design development of the work packages and scoping to address the risks associated with working on a live campus, with the most cost effective and campus enhancing solutions to enhance their compliance. Sycamore Square Group acting as Project Managers and Lead Consultants will procure the work packages and manage the construction process through to completion.
